Going to the chapel and we're gonna
get married
We have hired shuttles to pick-up and drop-off from 2 locations. The shuttles will pick-up from The Fairmont hotel at 2:30pm. They will then head down to the Whistler Gateway Bus Loop at the base of the village and pick-up the rest of the guests at 2:45pm.

Let us know if you are planning on taking the shuttles when you RSVP. Please arrive to the pick-up location 5-10 minutes before departure. If you miss the shuttle you will have to find your own way to the venue.

The shuttles will leave Big Sky and head back to Whistler village starting at 9pm, the last shuttle will be at 11:45pm.
Oh but darling, what shall I wear?
For the ladies, formal summer dresses are perfect. Something that makes you feel great, and you can dance all night in! It's a celebration, so the more patterns and colour the better! There is a strict NO stiletto policy because of the greens, so no skinny heels please, instead wear block heels or flats.
For the gentlemen, suit with a tie? great! With a bowtie? stunning! Linen pants with a sports jacket? fantastic! Have fun, stay classy, and dress to impress.

We know most of our guests will be paying for a hotel room for at least one night - that is your gift to us! The greatest gift we could receive is making memories with all our friends and family on our wedding weekend. So come, stay the night, stay the weekend, eat, drink, and have a blast with us!
If you really don’t wish to come empty handed, we love hand written cards. Please bring a personal note we can cherish forever! We'd love if you wrote down the best place you've travelled to, or a favourite date night idea so we can add them to our future adventure list.
